Flavour is the main dish at Gustor. Just like at a wine tasting you'll be amazed how different breeds and cuts can have such a difference in taste. This package, put together by our experts, contains at least 50% dry aged meat complemented with other great cuts. Suprise your guests with a new dining experience. On the packaging we add numbers, as to show the order of serving the different cuts. You should keep the piece with the most complex flavour till the very end.
Cooking all of this is quite simple, follow our advice. You can fry everything all at once and then keep it warm in a preheated oven at 80°C.
